Because all of our products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send the correct item or issue a full refund.
Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.
Non-Returnable Items Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size or color ordered
- Change of mind
- Items that have been worn or washed
